What are the next steps after applying?
Our goal is to respond to everyone within the first 2-3 weeks of application. Qualified candidates will be sent questionnaires within the first 24 hours of application. We will contact you if more information is required.
If I am not selected for the position, will I be notified?
Yes, we will notify candidates that are not selected. We do keep applications on file for future openings and we welcome applicants to contact our hiring department for updates.
I was expecting more human interaction - will I be able to speak to an actual team member?
We respect your time and try to respond to applicants as timely as possible. Through our electronic screening processes, we are able to select the most qualified candidates to move on to virtual interviews with our recruiters.
I don’t live in the United States - can I apply even though I don’t live in that country?
Yes, all of our jobs can be worked remotely as long as you have a private work space with a computer and reliable internet access.
Why wasn’t I offered an interview?
We wish that we could speak to all of you but we often get hundreds of qualified candidates for most roles. We do keep your application on file and encourage you to check in with us from time to time. If you’ve applied with us more than 12 months ago, feel free to reapply.
What is the interview process like at Philadelphia Digital?
The process can differ for each position which can include taking a test or making a video. After initial testing, you will meet with one of our recruiters for a virtual interview where you will get to know more about the company and team. We want to be sure that you have every opportunity to ask questions to help determine if the position is right for you.
